From the pharmaceutical industry to the medical, food and biotechnology sectors to cosmetics manufacturing, our high-performance Tri-Clamp connectors can be used wherever absolute safety and reliability are an essential element of production. For this reason, the Tri-Clamp connectors from EM-TECHNIK offer smooth form-fit connection type. They are available in materials PVDF or PFA, which are fully sterilisable.
Simple Handling and Flexible Functionality
The flexible design of the Series 3C connectors makes them suitable for a wide range of applications. On one side, they are equipped with a DIN 32676 Tri-Clamp connector and the other side can be equipped with a Series 1A or 1C flexible tube connector, a Series 2N pipe connector or male thread. Hence, you can mount these versatile connectors to any existing fittings with Tri-Clamp connections.
The handling characteristics of our Tri-Clamp connectors is also impressive. Two flange-like connector pieces are pressed against each other. A sealing ring is situated between the connector pieces to maintain a proper seal. A stainless steel clip holds the pieces together and the V-profile ensures a uniform contact pressure. A wing nut allows you to quickly open and close the connection at any time.
