With our Series 7 mounted filters, we have developed a new generation of filters specially conceived for front panel installations.
These filters are ideally suited for cleaning and analysing gaseous or liquid media. Not only safe and reliable, they are also impressive in their ease of use.
Connectors on the Inside, Filters on the Outside
The main advantages of front panel installations are manifested during actual use. Even though the media line connections are located behind the front panel, the filter is still easily accessible from the front. During operation, you can assess how soiled the filter is by simply looking through the sight glass. Whenever necessary, the filter can be quickly and easily replaced from the front. In addition to front panel installations, the filter can also be installed as a 19" rack module in analysis systems.
Depending on the area of application, the mounted filter can be equipped with glass fibre or PTFE filters. The filter elements – available in various degrees of fineness depending on the medium in use – are microporous in structure and thus reliably entrap fine particles.
