Where very high requirements are placed on safety in sensitive production areas, quality products from EM-TECHNIK are the first choice worldwide. Our customers come predominantly from high technology, future-orientated sectors such as analytical systems, instrumentation and control, the chemical industry, systems engineering, machine tool and equipment manufacture, biotechnology, ultrapure water technology and semiconductor technology. Here the progress in science and technology is continuously placing new requirements on product development and on production. Among other items, since 1997 we have invested in a clean-room (ISO class 5) which was expanded again in early 2001.
Our production essentially involves two production methods for which the latest machines and an in-house mould making shop are available. Along with mechanical manufacture, i.e. turning, drilling, milling, etc., products are manufactured using injection moulding and, if necessary, subsequently machined. Comprehensive final inspection ensures product quality remains constant.
Today the following plastics are in use for the different application areas: PA, PP, PVDF, PVDF-HP, PTFE, PFA, PFA-HP and natural PP - all with FDA approval (except PA).
